WARRANTIES

Alex Furniture’s vision is set on providing our clients best quality furniture at fair prices.

For one (1) year from the date of delivery, Alex Furniture will repair any manufacturing defective merchandise located within Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange Counties without any charge.

All damages including wood damage (chips, cracks, or scratches) must be reported within 5 days of delivery or it will be considered in-home damage.

All Warranties are to the original purchaser accompanied by a sales receipt.

For Clearance Merchandise there is no exchange, refund, return, or service.

Loose Seat Cushion Core
We will repair loose seat cushions including parts and labor for 3 years. Seat cushions must be brought to an Alex Furniture store.

Wooden Frame
We will repair the wooden frame on your upholstered furniture including parts and labor for 5 years.

Electric Motors
We will repair the electric motor on your power motion furniture including parts and labor for 1 year.

Pick Up and Delivery Charges
Pick up and delivery charges are free in the first year in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties only.*

What We Cover:

  • We will repair the loose seat cushion cores, including parts and labor, for 3 years.
  • Loose seat cushions must be brought to the store or Distribution Center.
  • We will repair the wooden frame on your fully upholstered furniture for 5 years.
  • Transportation and delivery charges (within Riverside and San Bernardino Counties) are FREE in the first year only for warranty related issues.
  • Some manufacturers will provide replacement parts for recliner mechanisms for 2-5 years provided parts are still available from the manufacturer. Customers pay for installation and transportation.

Exclusions:

  • Fabrics – fading or wearability.
  • Customer modifications including fabric protection.
  • Fabric protection.
  • Electrical components (other than motors)
  • Customer modifications.
  • Normal body depressions in mattresses.
  • All Clearance Merchandise.
  • Damage caused by negligence, accident, or furniture used for purposes other than it was intended including commercial use.
  • Damages or defects not reported within 5 days.

We are not responsible for service items left at our facility for over 30 days.
